Quran Factory Publisher

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 9, 2026

Quran Factory Publisher ("the tool") is a private, internal content-management application operated by Abdallah Khatatbeh. It is used exclusively by our own team — a single operator — to prepare and publish our licensed Quran recitation videos to YouTube channels that we own and manage. The tool is not offered, licensed, sold, or distributed to any third party, and no third party is permitted to access or use it. Because the tool has no external users, these terms exist to document the conditions under which the tool itself operates.

1. Scope

The tool is a private, internal application. It is not publicly available, has no sign-up or registration, and is not distributed to any external user. Only the operator may use it, and only on behalf of our own channels and content.

2. Acceptable use

  • The tool is used only to manage and publish content for which we hold valid written license and sublicense agreements with the rights holders.
  • Every video is manually reviewed and explicitly approved by a human operator before it is scheduled for publishing.
  • The tool is operated in compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube's Community Guidelines and monetization policies.

3. YouTube API Services

The tool uses YouTube API Services. Channel access is granted only through the explicit OAuth consent of the channel owner or manager, and any channel owner may revoke that access at any time via Google security settings. Use of data received from Google APIs is governed by our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Intellectual property

The tool's software is the exclusive property of its operator. All published recitation recordings remain the property of their respective rights holders and are used under written license. Nothing in the tool's operation grants any third party any rights in the software or the content.

5. Changes

If the tool's use of YouTube API Services changes in any material way, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated, and where required we will notify YouTube in writing and request approval of the changed use case before continuing.
